Is she the greatest ever? Well, three Melbourne Cup wins on the trot, a Cox Plate, throw in the fact she's the highest stakes-earner in Australian history and her resume surely has her right in the conversation! I can still remember Lee Freedman's classic line after she won the third cup

"Go find the smallest child on this course, and there will be the only example of a person who will live long enough to see that again."

Well, I don't know if anyone will ever see such a feat again! She was a phenomenal racehorse and this piece is my tribute to the mighty mare.
